Fatal Accident At Ojuelegba

An unknown number of persons have been killed after an articulated vehicle fell off the flyover bridge at Ojuelegba, Surulere, Lagos around 5:00 pm on Wednesday. The dead are said to be occupants of two vehicles, a car and a sports utility vehicle, apparently caught up in traffic jam under the bridge.

State officials are busy working to move the containers and the articulated vehicle off the road.

The incident has complicated traffic problem in the area. Those planning to use that route are also advised to try alternatives, depending on where they are approaching the area from.
